The Casematic H32pro™ is a new Fastbind advance for on-demand case making. In minutes,you produce professional tailor-made cases in the format of your choice, up to 13½ x 13½. The Casematic H32™ produces cases for many types of applications: books; manuals; photobooks; CD, DVD & Blue-ray cases, presentation ring binders and many more. It’s the ideal solution for photographic studios, photo labs, digital printers, copy shops and on-demand publishers.
Stage 1 is to print out your cover designs onto Fastbind Printable Tacking Sheets. This is a material specifically designed to work with casematic cover makers and is both inkjet and laser print compatible.
The printed tacking sheet is then positioned on the Fastbind Casematic H32pro lightbox for making into a hard cover. The amazing inner grey board positioning method makes it quicker than ever to register your grey board on the printed tacking cover: the light table includes unique suction assistance for placing the tacking papers, as well as center line, scaled and top line for the most accurate settings.
Once the boards are attached to the cover, you easily fold the edges on the integrated edge-wrapper. This folding unit is adjustable for different board thicknesses. A corner cutter can also be added to ensure accuracy of finish with every cover. With the Casematic H32pro set up correctly anyone can create professional quality customised books in minutes!
